Sign Document - Sign
document is a way of authenticating the contents of a document. A document with
a valid signature is guaranteed not to have been changed since being signed. A
valid signature has a digital ID issued by a trusted certificate authority. In
order to sign documents, a digital ID may be imported or PDFCool Studio can
create a self-signed digital ID;
Security Setting
- With the Security Setting function of PDFCool Studio, you can control who can
access to your documents and what actions they can perform once they have
the password. Depending on your needs and the intended audience, you can
choose between 128-bit RC4, and 128-bit AES encryption;
Decrypt Document
- The Decrypt Documents function of PDFCool Studio can help the user to easily
decrypt batch PDF documents. This function also allows the user to reset new
passwords to these PDF documents.
Note: The Decrypt Documents function
only available to Owners or Creators who have the documents discretion. Please
be attention that the action of decrypting unauthorized documents will be
regarded as violation the relevant laws.
